Ingredients
Avacado(Butterfruit) - 1 no ripe, deseed and remove skin.
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 1tspn or as per your taste
Ice cubes - Optional
Add all the ingredients in a mixer/blender and blend well.
Avacado Milkshake is ready to serve.

How do you identify ripe ones? I once tried making avacado milkshake but it tasted not-so-good, even with loads of sugar! I suspect it was a bit raw then!
